hello friends!

hello friends, i have a big problem in this last days, because i only want to eat and eat, really! I almost eat all day, and guys the worst is that when is very late at night i have to go to the fridger and take some food, you know my friends that when the people eat late at night is a good way to gain weight and i dont want that!
please friends tell me what i have to do ;) give me please a good advice :) :)

  1. Juli, I have some advices for you: You can drink a glass of water before each meal, You can eat 6 times at day but the portion needs to be medium, not too big or too small. Also is important to do exercise, at least, 10 minutes at day. I hope you can see a change.

  2. Juli, i have a tip for you at nights? Drink a glass of water mixed oats and then you'll feel so full lol The thing is that makes you feel better and is not gonna make you gain more weight. Of course, u'll need to do some exercises too. Good luck and dont eat too much chips hahahah

  3. Well my dear Juliana, you'd better eat less fast food, carbohydrates, candy and fat. You'd rather live off pieces of fruit, vegetables, healthy meat like chicken and fish; all those things mostly at night. And you ought to exercise too. Wish you the best and be positive with your goal.

  4. Dear Juliana, I Know how does it feel that!!! so, I want to give you an advice. First, Now that you know that to eat very much is not healthy, try to eat only the necesary, also, do something that you enjoy a lot, read a book, do excersices, and something like that. Well, don´t forget that is for you healt. bye my friend, I´m going to bed.

  5. My friend, You´d better do something to change that way to eat, I mean, you ought to change those habits. Eat less fat, and practice more sport. Try to do it.
